• 5+ years of program or project management experience

To achieve this, Amazon Payment Services (APS) is looking for a Program Manager who will work across the entire customer lifecycle to analyze, identify and deliver process, policy or technology improvements in Payment acceptance, buyer Refunds, and seller Payouts experience.
  The Program Manager will drive continuous payment improvement initiatives, he/she will use their masterful analytic ability, Dive Deep, uncover issues, and will be expected to work with internal or external stakeholders to drive fixes.
  The ideal candidate will be a proxy to customer’s voice, and will advocate on their behalf for North Star CX.

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
