MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Project Management leadership, global collaboration & oversight for major Value Chain strategic initiatives
  • Support the development of project scope and objectives, drive project execution and monitor and report project progress, objectives, timeframe, scope, quality, costs, and ROI. Log risks and escalate appropriately. Identify potential sources for issue resolution and contact appropriate parties to initiate action.
  • Work collaboratively with the COO and Value Chain Leadership Team on strategic planning and identification of short and long-term roadmap and priorities for the global Value Chain
  • Participate and support the Value Chain annual strategic planning and execution processes.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 7+ years relevant work experience, leading strategic projects; footwear & or apparel industry experience a plus
  • Experience and passion for sourcing, planning, manufacturing, quality, distribution, logistics, and/or product development.
  • Complex project management and organizational skills are essential due to an evolving fast paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate information in multiple modes and settings to effect change by influencing and persuading senior executives, cross functional business leaders, and peers to take action.
  • Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional, Agile and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Project, Smartsheet and other project planning/management scheduling tools as well as MS Office Suite including MS Teams, Excel, Visio, PPT, Word & PPT
