Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join our Talent and Organisational Development team! This individual contributor role impacts how individuals, teams, and organisations at Addepar learn and become more effective in a fast-paced high-growth environment. You will be accountable for creating and facilitating engaging learning solutions that are innovative and spark enduring behaviour change and improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Facilitation & Instructional Design

  • Develop engaging e-learning content: Apply instructional design principles to create interactive and visually appealing e-learning modules that enhance learner engagement and retention
  • Facilitate varied content including interpersonal soft skills, onboarding, team-building (e.g. DiSC, Culture Map), management, and leadership
  • Effectively facilitate highly engaging classroom, virtual classroom/webinar, and cohort/learning squad sessions across a global employee base
  • Follow standard methodologies for conducting needs analysis on learning solutions to identify gaps, value, and alignment with business needs.
  • Use a collaborative approach to help the team create compelling course content, interactive practice, specific feedback, and activities that support the transfer of learning
  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders to ensure intact team learning experiences are contributing to the advancement of impactful teams

Change & Project Management

  • Effectively scope projects, develop project plans, track milestones, and create communication plans for the successful completion of projects
  • Perform risk assessment and mitigation activities
  • Execute stakeholder analysis and manage expectations
  • Create change management plans that effectively address organisational and individual needs
  • Select, manage, and evaluate vendor relationships to ensure an efficient use of resources
  • Create an evaluation strategy that addresses how we will measure the success of all key initiatives
