Description:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or IT
  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in digital marketing field with proven track record of project management and delivery
  • High affinity to digital marketing and its numerous dimensions, whether it be the technology & platforms to enable, the channels & touchpoints to deploy, or the principles such as user-centricity to optimize
  • Expert knowledge of Digital Content Strategy, User Experience and Search Engine Optimization
  • Good understanding and practical experience of Content Management Systems and platforms for multiple country/language website management, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
  • Ideally knowledge of the business of DPDHL group, the various business units, business models, customers and products OR at least experience within a multinational with equivalent organizational complexity
  • Team player with ability to lead, motivate and support team members
  • Robust stakeholder management and communication capability
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile!

Responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop collaborative relationships with Global Website Owners (GWOs) across all DHL BUs and CD02
  • Establish and manage regular touchpoints with GWOs for strategic alignment on DHL.com plans and requirements, including yearly roadmap and quarterly business reviews
  • Lead and/or support consultation, planning and execution of dhl.com related projects relating to content management & deployment, functionality enhancements & improvements, UX & design optimization, or front/back-end technical developments
  • Serve as the team’s subject matter expert on UX and SEO topics, and develop plan for upskilling the team on these topics
  • Contribute to the ongoing process improvement and optimization along the content lifecycle process, bridging the requirements of the internal stakeholders with the tools & processes
  • Track, manage and ensure overall quality and timeliness of digital marketing activities and/or projects
  • Serve as a link and point contact to XBU/BU project and stakeholder teams
