We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Senior Real Time Analyst

• Direct the planning and execution of workforce initiatives to align with organizational goals.
• Ensure the workforce management system supports company operations effectively.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity in all data analyses and reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Attend in-person or virtual meetings, trainings, and activities scheduled by the company that contribute to the performance of your duties and your professional development.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on workforce metrics to senior management, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
