Description:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong proficiency in using the Xactly Incent Platform
  • A minimum 5+ years of prior experience in commission administration or sales operation is preferred.
  • Global experience / ability to work across various regions.
  • Must be exceptionally detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully communicate with individuals at various levels and across different functions within the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, and maintain focus on the goals at hand

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will partner with the Director, Sales Operations in supporting the Pharma Services Group (PSG) Global Sales organization compensation process. They will support the execution of initiatives and projects to drive the sales organization for success within defined strategies and objectives. The ideal candidate should have proven experience with sales compensation and using large sets of data. They will also have strong business acumen combined with analytical skills and the ability to work/influence in a cross functional environment. This role will support the governance and administration of quarterly and annual sales incentive compensation, including administration, enhancement and build of the Xactly Incent platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the administration and development of the Xactly Incent platform ensuring accurate configuration of commission plans, rules, and calculations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of commission calculations by maintaining and validating the integrity of SFDC sales data.
  • Provide support in the design and documentation of commission plans.
  • Produce and analyze reports related to commissions to track performance and identify relevant trends.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations derived from a comprehensive analysis of commission data.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new hires and provide continuous education to existing team members on the commission structure and process.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from the sales team regarding commission calculations or payment discrepancies.
