Sr. Sales Manager

We seek an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and a deep understanding of the PPE industry.
As the Senior Sales Manager with a high hunter profile, you will be at the forefront of driving new business acquisitions within Singapore’s Marine and Oil and gas sectors. Your primary focus will be identifying and pursuing opportunities, expanding our client base, and achieving aggressive sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the Oil and Gas and Marine Industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a track record of closing complex sales deals.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
