EDUCATION
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business
EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of relevant, industry-specific experience, preferably in the Life Science or equivalent work
- Prior sales management experience and proven leadership abilities

Responsibilities:
- Leads the strategic direction the sales team to drive sales tactics to meet plan and expand business for Singapore territory
- Ensures team maintains a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives;
- Coordinates actively across different functional teams (eg Marketing, Technical Support, Field Applications and Commercial Operations) to ensure maximum market segment penetration within the territory and enhance our customer allegiance.
- Analyses the sales activities, sales projects and key performance indicators of the territory and takes appropriate actions to steer the business to plan and beyond.
- Perform sales joint calls with sales teams and potential customers in the assigned territory
- Engage Key opinion leaders or Decision makers in assigned territory
- Applies CRM tool (SFDC) to drive funnel management and forecast accuracy
- Research competitor and industry activity and keep informed of new products/services and other general information of interest to customers incorporating this data in the business plan; Introduce new products and solutions.
- Show initiative to develop programs to drive growth in any economic condition
- Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of region
- Positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout customer locations
