SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3~5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced computer and application skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Knowledge of Syndicated Data (SPINS, Nielsen/IRI, Panel Data, etic) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Some travel needed (domestic and international): 10~15%.
- Bilingual in Korean preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Support sales operation with assisting in the development of sales strategies to optimize business performance and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Manage POA (Plan of Action) process and timelines by working with Sales and Marketing.
- Engage in new product development for the Club and Private Brand accounts including project prioritization.
- Track and analyze KPI related to sales performance, monitor key metrics, and track progress towards sales objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize sales forecasting tools to enhance forecast accuracy and work with SCM to maximize production and logistics efficiency.
- Compile latest sales forecast by utilizing advanced skills in Excel.
- Support trade management including the accrual process, tracking progress vs. targets.
- Update weekly/monthly sales forecast and POS data to report performance trends, velocity and distribution changes.
- Share daily sales report; communicate daily activities and any issues to Sales and functional teams.
- Assist with ad-hoc reports or other responsibilities as assigned.
