Job Description
As a Sr. Sales Quality Evaluator (f/m/d) for our client of the largest social media platform, you will mentor and coach agents that will help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMB) select and implement effective and targeted advertising programs. You participate in the project realization according to the relevant sales metrics and goals in close coordination with the Operations Sales Team. You can successfully transfer your passion for sales advice and sales quotas to the agents and are enthusiastic about communities and communication. EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS ON MOTHER TONGUE LEVEL IN TURKISH (C2)

• Proven track record in coaching and mentoring sales employees and achieving key performance metrics
• Ability to analyze coaching data efficiently and implement according to actions
• Above-average motivation, communication, and sales skills, paired with linear and logical troubleshooting skills
• A self-confident, professional, customer and sales service-oriented personality with problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and endurance even in difficult situations
• Quick comprehension, learning ability, and a structured approach with high attention to detail and follow-through
• Multilanguage skill is a valuable addition
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English must be at least B2 level
• Knowledge of social media advertising or digital marketing would be required
