SR. SERVICE DESK ENGINEER

As a Senior Service Desk Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functionality of our IT systems, empowering our workforce, and enhancing the standard of care for our patients.
As a member of our service desk team, you will contribute to the delivery of prompt, reliable, and effective technical support to our users. Your expertise and customer-centric approach will drive continuous improvement and innovation within our IT operations. Ultimately, as the Senior Service Desk Engineer, you will strategically uphold the stability and performance of our IT ecosystem, reinforcing Interim HealthCare’s reputation as a leader in healthcare excellence.

As a Service Desk Engineer, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Work closely with clients to troubleshoot technical issues over the phone or via e-mail by accessing PCs remotely.
- Responsible for resolving escalated Service Desk tickets and issues
- Administer and manage Engineer ServiceDesk applications for ticketing.
- Assist in managing small projects requested by the clients.
- Configure and support the following: Microsoft Window desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, etc.
A few must-haves for a Service Desk Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 - 7 years of experience providing support for end user groups of over 3,500 people
- Experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure required
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
