We look for a Senior Service Support Representative
Location: Switzerland - Luterbach -
As a Senior Service Support Representative, you deliver all service activities at customer site in Solothurn as a single point of contact including installation, repair, maintenance, and qualification for the Thermo Fisher equipment.

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Commercial Degree (KV, Handelsschule, HF)
  • 4+ years successful experience in Customer Service in a GMP relevant environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, ability to multi-task
  • Diligent (attention to detail)
  • Desire to perform job to high standard
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Europe
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively to resolve customer issues
  • Effective communication skills in both German and English (verbal and written), French is a plus.
  • Proven PC skills and ability to optimally use Windows based software
  • Experienced with CRM and ERP tools such as SAP, IBM Maximo

Responsibilities:

  • General customer support (supplier escorting and support during their visits, monthly performance checks on non-Thermo Fisher equipment according to customers curricula, management/shipment (i.e., pipettes: collection, shipment and redistribution).
  • Support proactively the lab environment, coordinate and cooperate with external vendors and act as the intermediary between the client and the supplier.
  • Build and maintain a working relationship with Lab Owners, IT Teams, and management.
  • Support the customers with writing and review of internal procedures.
  • GMP document review i.e. FSR and qualification documents IQ, OQ, PQ.
  • Manage the customer’s electronic maintenance management system CMMS and other software’s as LIMS, Citrix, Empower and Kneat.
  • Analysis of instrument failures.
  • Assures alignment of all activities at the customer site with the rest of TMO and informs other part of TMO of important information with respect to our customers (e.g., information about new purchases to sales/lead generation).
  • Onboard and train new colleagues to Thermo Fisher and customer processes
