What You’ll Do:
Data is key to enabling enterprise strategies, and getting our data architecture right is business critical. Join our team and be a key player in evolving our Salesforce object model with quality, availability, security, and scalability in mind.

In this role you will consult and collaborate to support data standards, reference architectures, and best practices across the organization. Use your enterprise mindset, technical background, and strategic thinking to make recommendations on data related implementations that impact multiple systems and teams to meet business strategic initiatives.

  • Demonstrate technical expertise and exceptional communication to bring a strategic vision to drive successful CRM data initiatives in a complex shared Salesforce Org.
  • Consistently able to deliver, and help others deliver, well-architected data decisions.
  • Collaborate and consult with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Architects, and others to ensure that the CRM data model supports intelligent business actions across the enterprise- influencing decision-making at the business level.
  • Sought out for technical data guidance; anticipate technical issues at the product level and make architectural and design decisions to avoid them.
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards to maintain high levels of data integrity.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand existing data implementations and identify areas for optimization. Identify areas of greatest need and create plans to improve them.
  • Lead, design and communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders as well as communicate business objectives to the technical team and get buy-in.
  • Multiply the effectiveness of others by facilitating cross-team work. Listen and guide debates to help reach consensus.

Who You Are:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 8+ years work experience or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce is required.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Apex is required.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners.
  • Advanced planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Must have the desire to learn new technology and continuously grow.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • SOQL and Data Loader.
  • Experience with CRM database applications.
  • Data modeling, data architecture and/or DBMS administration.
  • Snowflake.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance and financial services product.
  • Knowledge of business unit applications.
    Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $123000 - $167000 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Additional Information:
