Description:

Purpose:
Be the owner of planning, designing, and executing the best consumer experience in the wholesale market for adidas through in store communication tools. This is achieved by having a flawless execution at our point of sale that is in line with adidas GTM calendar and local market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and adapting Global campaigns to market needs and ensure a proper roll-out
  • Correct execution and implementation of campaigns according to the local trade marketing calendar
  • Tracking projects & improving execution processes
  • Drive consumer conversion to sales / Activations & events / CRM programs at Point-Of-Sale
  • Controls and updates image portfolio at Point-Of-Sales / Shop-in-Shops to ensure we constantly offer the best experience to our consumers
  • Communication and coordination with Agencies
  • Tracks and reports results of campaign activation, best practices, sell out, to Trade Marketing team
  • Provide feedback/reports and KPI´s in a consistent manner
  • Act as a business contact for external parties (agencies and suppliers)
  • Ensure full alignment with Visual Merchandising for roll-out campaigns and regular execution at the point of sales
  • Ensure compliance with budget

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related.

. Advanced English Level.

. Intermediate Excel Level.

  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
  • Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
