Description:

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role is responsible for delivering relevant and engaging communications (CRM channels) to Adidas Latin American consumers, driving engagement and .com conversion. This while:

  • Coordinating between different stakeholders
  • Executing with excellence and attention to details the end-to-end process
  • Aligning with the regional strategic choices, and the local commercial initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between diverse stakeholders (internal and external) and map all needs to timely deliver CRM communications with excellence
  • Coordinate communications calendars for several market/category combinations
  • Execute the campaign briefs in compliance with the deadlines stablished by internal and external stakeholders
  • Define the best segmentation for each communication
  • Propose improvements based on data analysis of past results
  • Execute A/B test to prove hypothesis that can lead to process/content improvements
  • Monitor market’s best practices

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent professional experience
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
  • Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
