Overview:This highly motivated communicator works with cross-functional teams and the Communications/Marketing team to develop, plan, and manage the implementation of both an overarching social media marketing strategy and individual campaigns. Additionally, supports Frontgrade’s overall marketing strategy and activities for both our external and internal audiences.
Responsibilities:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8 years of professional experience:
  • Developing and implementing a company’s or corporate division’s social media strategies and campaigns, preferably in a technology-related industry – with proven results positively impacting the organization’s KPIs
  • Monitoring/tracking performance analytics, interpreting metrics, and generating reports measuring the efficiency of social media and marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office, a social media management tool like HubSpot, and social media platforms Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities
  • Able to identify target audiences’ preferences and produce tailored content
  • Self-motivated to produce accurate, timely, and complete work product
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Eagle-eye attention to detail regarding formatting
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related major. Equivalent education such as an Associate’s Degree, training, or experience may be substituted
  • Hands-on experience using social media to build brand awareness, promote product lines, and recruit new talent
  • Understanding of and experience using HubSpot and GA4/Google Analytics
  • Experience with graphic design and photo/video editing; familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using social media to boost traditional SEO and implementing social SEO
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and often demanding environment

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Interest in and enthusiasm for space exploration, aviation, and/or technology
  • Experience working in Drupal 10 and SharePoint

    Salary Range
    _: $81,364 - $101,705 annually.
    Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the ideation and creation of social media content and for managing Frontgrade’s social media calendar.
  • Displays creativity, adaptability, good judgement, and detail-orientation in developing effective social media and marketing content for a variety of target audiences. Tracks interaction on Frontgrade’s social channels and responds to comments in a timely, knowledgeable, and respectful manner.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of best practices using social media platforms for B2B and B2G engagement, as well as for employee engagement and talent management. Anticipates, monitors, and evaluates new social media trends and applies insights to future content strategies.
  • Tracks social media and marketing analytics and interprets metrics. Generates reports measuring the efficiency of social media and marketing strategies – and provides recommendations for improvement in areas of brand reach and audience engagement.
  • Responsible, along with other team members, for QAing all marketing deliverables to ensure that our marketing and social media copy and content is void of all errors, adheres to company standards, and aligns with our branding guidelines.
  • Helps coordinate content updates and postings to the company website to ensure all content is properly organized and regularly published; reviews and flags outdated content.
