Job Description

We’re in search of seasoned Sr. Specialist Training Projects to bolster our team. Bringing a data-driven approach and strong analytical skills to enhance our training quality for fleet partners and riders while upholding our organizational values and standards. This role holds significant importance in spearheading the creation of training programs for our fleet partner riders and ensuring the seamless launch and management of Hero Experience Centers, ultimately driving impeccable training delivery and elevated rider satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in training development and execution, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and make informed decisions based on data insights.
