Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to perform quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Understand and know how to use social and media tools to monitor social listening, campaign performance, and optimization tactics.
  • Synthesize research, uncover human insights, and write creative briefs for clients and team - guide the team in the right direction.
  • Develop and execute brand and 360 communication strategies.
  • De-construct competitive best practices in digital marketing, create benchmarks, POVs, and overall recommendations.
  • Conduct digital ecosystem audits to map a brand’s online presence and assess the effectiveness of each touchpoint.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to use digital technology to enhance their overall digital presence and online marketing mix.
  • Work across multidisciplinary teams to implement and manage digital strategies.
  • Recommend, plan, coordinate, and execute pertinent research and analysis activities, including sector analyses, competitive benchmarking, qualitative and consumer research, stakeholder interviews across markets, and outline strategic opportunities based on findings.
  • Synthesize and communicate the results of research to clients and project teams.
  • Provide insight and perspective on the client’s strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with the team on overall strategy development.
  • Define measurement strategies for paid media, site, or program optimization.
  • Demonstrate the value of integrating strategy services into client engagements.
  • Provide thought leadership to colleagues and projects in a range of subjects, including but not limited to consumer research and insights, site and marketing measurement, and strategic planning.
  • Be a storyteller - Develop and communicate comprehensive strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
