We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Systems Analyst Level II to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee infrastructure planning and development, network performance monitoring, server configuration, and system improvement, ensuring efficient operations and stability.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implement short and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.
  • Conducts research and makes recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
  • Monitors and analyzes network performance across the organization’s LANs, WANs, and wireless deployments.
  • Ensures the stable operation and efficient performance of company networks.
  • Monitors system capacity to determine its effect on performance and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing network demands.
  • Identifies and remedies network performance bottlenecks.
  • Configures and troubleshoots servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.
  • Installs and configures all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, and so on.
  • Ensures network and IP connectivity of all workstations, application servers, and back-end office infrastructure.
  • Handles escalation of problems forwarded by team members either through resolution or coaching.
  • Perform VMware vCenter and ESX upgrades and patching
  • Actively looks for opportunities to improve system and application efficiencies.Develops and maintains system-related documentation to facilitate implementation and/or adoption of system changes
