Position summary.
The job purpose involves undertaking the collection, tabulation, analysis, and interpretation of data using statistical techniques, leading to the generation of inferences and commentaries that meet business requirements. Additionally, the role includes devising and implementing strategies and methods to optimize statistical efficiency and ensure the highest quality of outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support in leading the engineering team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Guide and mentor team members, actively contributing to their professional growth and development.
  • Participating and contributing to various performance review forums.
  • Development of intervention and costing models
  • Analyze performance metrics and key indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancement strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of ES data, trends, and outcomes.
  • Utilize analytical tools to derive actionable insights and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Data collection, tabulation, analysis, interpretation, and inference generation, all accomplished through statistical techniques and aligned with business objectives.
  • Transformation into presentable formats using dashboards and presentations
  • Assuring on time delivery of all performance reports
  • Support in leading the team in resolving complex engineering issues and challenges.

Implement effective solutions to enhance overall performance and address critical issues.

  • Create on demand intuitive dashboards driving performance using tools like Tableau.
  • Need based development of performance reports

Desired profile:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
Specialisation: Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science
Professional/Regulatory/Certification Requirements:
Certified Data Analyst or equivalent

Skills:

  • Proficient in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep, with expertise in developing dashboards, managing data migration, and integrating Tableau extensions.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Stream sets.
  • High-level competency in Excel, including proficiency in macros and pivot tables.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, PYTHON, relational database management systems, data modeling, and normalization.
  • Understanding of various facility management asset services delivery.
