SR. TEAM MEMBER- Flight Prep

at  Emirates Flight Catering

JOB PURPOSE

Assist the Team Leader and ensure that all requirements are met as per the company laid down standards and specifications.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Assist in preparing catering orders based on the updated catering figures taking into account additional orders as required.
2. Handle flights when required and ensure that the airline specifications, the company standards and the hygiene rules are followed at all times.
3. Prepare checklists when instructed and obtain the signatures from the cabin crew after the handover.
4. Follow the loading/offloading procedures and ensure that they are implemented as per the laid down Airlines, Company, Airport Security and Ramp Safety procedures.
5. Report to the senior catering staff on duty any non-confirming product received from the production.
6. Execute all related tasks in the absence of the Catering Team Leader as per laid down procedures.
7. Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
   Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
   Skills: Should have basic knowledge of written and spoken English; Good communication skills, team leader spirit and willingness to work hard.
   Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory level preferably with an Airline Industry backgroun
