Benevity is searching for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join us in taking the next step in our journey to “infuse a culture of goodness in the world” by extending our platform via API and integrations.
As a Benevity Product Manager you will hone your craft while working on one of our many impactful products that enable some of the world’s leading companies to engage their employees and customers to find purpose while doing good in the world. Our product portfolio consists of Employee and Customer Engagement platforms, Corporate Granting solutions, and Cause/Charity engagement experiences which are all backed by scalable technology investments across Data, Financial Services, and Technology Enablers. We will be adding new teammates across the full portfolio and welcome experienced candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Define product vision and strategy based on an understanding of market conditions, as well as client and partner needs
- Work alongside the development teams in defining and delivering state-of-the-art APIs and native integrations to our clients and partners
- Manage our API products throughout the product development lifecycle – understanding market requirements, establishing feature / function value, prioritizing those accordingly and validating the solutions
- In partnership with Product Marketing, package and productize Benevity APIs for cross-sell, upsell and partnership bookings growth. Understand and guide how to price and package our APIs to support the go-to-market process
- Co-create with your engineering partners to deliver successful integration products
- Engage with clients, prospects, causes and partners to identify existing integration opportunities and lead the execution of the technological solutions that solve for their needs
- Manage and maintain public facing API developer portal and documentation related to the Benevity platform
- Collaborate with all stakeholder groups to ensure that our clients remain raving fans of Benevity
- Use both qualitative and quantitative data to validate strategies and solutions throughout the product development process
- Apply your skills in discovery, experimentation, and analysis to launch impactful and measurable features
- Demonstrate passion for product excellence and flawless execution
- Establish yourself as a leading authority on our APIs and integration products, representing Benevity’s high standards internally and externally
