QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree graduate of any Engineering course
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement
  • Ability to create consensus to ensure results from peers in cross-functional positions.
  • Advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Excellent time management and active communication skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict across multiple roles and teams.
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes and philosophies, including MRP & Just in Time (JIT).
  • Understanding of financial reports and expense control.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with leadership (minimum – up to 2 levels up).
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Should not have received any disciplinary action for one year.
  • Should not be under a Performance Improvement Plan.
  • With at least a year in his/her current position.

Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor, the role-holder will be responsible for Drawing Inquiries, ECN Implementation (part level concerns), PR creation for vendor-related change, Change Inquiry Assessment and Drawing Changes coordination to support the Tactical and Sourcing Teams.
  • Responsible for Alternative and Raw Material Assessment.
  • Supply Chain focal for Change Review Board (CRB).
  • Responsible for ECR POE Assessment and Impact Analysis.
  • Responsible for QN creation for supplier related issues
  • Supports Excess & Obsolete (E&O) review.
  • Able to manage special projects and work collaboratively with stake holders and counterparts from value streams.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Uphold high ethical standard code of conduct in internal and external dealings.
  • Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
  • Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
