Description:

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, etc.)
  • Master’s degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • Data warehousing (Oracle, AWS S3, Unity Catalog, Databricks)
  • Familiarity with marketing processes and marketing related data (commercial, sales, email, web, ad)
  • Adobe Experience Platform (preferred)
  • Product or project management leveraging Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Managing roadmap strategy
  • Feature delivery and prioritization tradeoffs
  • Interfacing with business stakeholders to capture requests and translate to technical requirements
  • Contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to product.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment with competing stakeholders and priorities
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Experience with Jira
  • Strong communication skills using English

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will be part of the Enterprise Data Platform, Digital Marketing within Thermo Fisher Scientific Enterprise Technology Organization which is committed to deliver integrated, actionable, and real-time view of the customer across their buying journey while enabling speed to activation of advanced targeting strategies to scale personalized and contextual marketing campaign delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead scrum teams, quarterly planning, delivery of business needs and large technology initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing data roadmap, articulate vision and analyze consumer pain points. The roadmap will drive initiatives to collect and curate cross-functional data and leverage that data to segment and activate audiences for a world-class customer experience.
  • Collaborate with business/product partners and engineers including overseas team to deliver precise customer targeting solutions to the market through agile framework.
  • Make solid, high-judgement trade-off decisions between features and speed-to-market while maintaining prioritized project backlog.
  • Partner with the business/project group to understand current and future requirements to deliver high-value technical solutions of optimizing day to day campaigns efficiency.
  • Drive process improvement sessions to streamline and optimize agile scrum practices.
