DISCOVER IMPACTFUL WORK:

We are looking for a Service Training Manager to help us developing a next generation training program for our Field Service team and service channels in Europe and North America and ROW. The Training Manager will craft the overall training strategy, identifies, develops, and supports the launch of impactful training content across the global organization.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Training Management experience preferably in Bio-Science, Medical, Engineering, or Technology Industries.
  • 2 years of people leader experience.
  • Proven track record in development and deployment of training content
  • Demonstrated ability in developing eLearning content in eLearning tools i.e. Docebo, Microsoft LMS 360, etc.
  • Expert level in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Edge..)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • International and domestic travel might be required up to 20%

  • The ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues, and activities
  • Familiarity of AOP (Annual Operating Plan) & P&L (Profit and Loss)

Responsibilities:

  • Will include enhancing employee skills, improving performance, growing efficiency, and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
  • Work with functional collaborators to identify training gaps, develop innovative training solutions, define success metrics, and ensure training content is effective.
  • Working with Global Service Compliance & Systems organization, develops strategic service training programs for use within the broader Thermo Fisher Scientific organization and channel partners.
  • Supports company-wide, training programs and strategic projects passionate about improving the learning technology across Thermo Fisher Scientific (including the LMS).
  • Develop and analyze training performance metrics and other indicators to assess the health of the Knowledge Management system and identify potential opportunities and training priorities for the organization.
  • Communicates global training programs across the broader organization.
  • Work closely with cross functional business partner (Product Management, Application, Field Service) to develop digital training & knowledge content for targeted end users (internal and external)
