Job Description
Job Summary
The SR Workday HRIS Integration Analyst is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining new and existing partner integrations. This position will provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, implementing and supporting HR systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

Technical Duties:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Workday platform.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom integrations, reports, and dashboards using Studio, EIBs, and BIRT.
  • Design, build, test, implementing and maintain Extend apps using IntelliJ or App Builder

Functional Duties:

  • Customize and configure various Workday modules, including Time and Absence Management, to align with business requirements.
  • Build and maintain functional configuration, including business process administration, condition rules, calculated fields, and custom reports.
  • Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

General Duties:

  • Evaluate incoming requests from HR, IT, and other groups, identify appropriate solutions and execute on them.
  • Serve as a SME providing insights to improve system efficiency and collaborate with external vendors and consultants as required for system upgrades, enhancements, and support.
  • Stay updated with Workday releases, enhancements, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Workday processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains while driving alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities, including user training along with test scripts and documentation.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Reporting, Core Connectors, BIRT and Extend.
  • Diverse Technical background with strong programming knowledge and skills development utilizing various technologies such as XML, XSLT, HTML, JAVA, JSON, MVEL
  • Good understanding and experience with web services, REST APIs and associated integration challenges
  • Hands-on experience with configuring and managing various modules in Workday including Time and Absence Management module.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
  • Workday Pro certification(s) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Workday implementation and support is a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
