In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges up to $75,000 annually. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 5% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stake holders across departments to align workforce strategies with business objectives
- Provide guidance and training to junior analyst and operations staff, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team
- Prepare regular reports and presentation to communicate key workforce metrics, trends, and insights to senior management and other
- stakeholders
- Proficient at utilizing analytical tools to produce and modify reports to provide analytical comparisons of data
- Completes weekly and end of month reporting on business unit performance reporting in a detailed, timely and accurate manner
- Provide ad-hoc reports for Live Services related data and analyze data making recommendations to management
- Analyzes and projects staffing needs relative to engaged members, special projects, attrition, and holidays with flexible staffing in mind.
- Supports schedule reminders for team members
- Understanding, articulating, and verifying Live Services scheduling practices
- Maintains current and forecasted headcount, FTE, and attrition data
- Analyze and provide insights on Live Services metrics, Team Member level metrics and category level metrics, identifying trends and alerting appropriate stakeholders
- Build, maintain, and train stakeholders on usage of reporting tools and dashboards to enable self-service for internal stakeholders
- Monitor daily and interval service level performance to determine root cause and prepare recommendations for real time schedule changes that address gaps in service performance
- Maintain data integrity by identifying, researching, and resolving data quality issues to ensure accurate reporting from all data sourcesPerform other duties as assigned
