As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) E-commerce at TVH Parts, you’ll ensure our platform stays reliable and available. You’ll work with teams to build and maintain scalable systems, keeping our site running smoothly and stable.

Responsibilities:
- Infuse the SRE mindset in the team
- Part of the product team and will work with the E-commerce development and development platform teams to build and operate reliable systems for our platform
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident processes to improve efficiency
- Establish and maintain performance metrics and implement capacity planning
- Guide incident response efforts during outages (together with incident managers), follow-up post-incident reviews to prevent future recurrence
- Continuously propose optimizations of the system architecture and processes to improve reliability and scalability
