Responsibilities:
Join a high performing team to deliver a high standard of payroll processing and HR services activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing outcomes. This may include position establishment, on-boarding, movements and end-to-end payroll transactions in accordance with legislation, awards, policies and procedures.
You will navigate through various computer systems to find, maintain and investigate data and follow best practice to achieve consistency and accuracy.
You will support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives through knowledge sharing, user acceptance testing and reference material development.
This is a Permanent opportunity and can be based in either our Burwood or Newcastle location. There are hybrid working arrangements in place where you will be required to work from the office at least once a week.
