PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of experience as a Tax Accountant/Accountant
- Knowledge of income tax accounting concepts
- Commitment to client service excellence and teamwork
- Experience in US taxes preferred
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communicationLeadership and mentoring abilities

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review personal, corporate, and trust tax returns, identifying tax savings
- Conduct year-end meetings and interact with clients for planning and execution
- Assist with tax planning and estate taxes
- Manage client accounts and foster growth opportunities
- Provide holistic financial planning including life insurance and investment needs
- Delegate tasks to junior team members and provide guidance and mentoring
- Recommend tax strategies aligned with firm goals
- Maintain technical knowledge and follow industry trends
- Support professional development of team members through coaching and training
