Description:

JOB INFORMATION

You will help the customer manage the rental contract, delivery and return of vehicles: Check in & Check out. For that:

  • You will promote additional services and products that best meet your needs. (Additional driver, GPS, Insurance, baby seats, etc.).
  • You will manage administrative tasks related to the car rental process: managing complaints or cancellations.
  • You will manage the station’s fleet according to the number of existing reservations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • Availability to work shifts and weekends.
  • Fluent English to communicate fluently with customers. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
  • Driving license.
  • Minimum qualifications at 12th grade level. We will positively evaluate training related to the Hospitality sector.
