Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level (Level 2 or Level 3) Staff Analyst to join the Business Operations team based out of Portland, Oregon.

In this role you will work closely with leadership team across Boeing Commercial Airplane Systems and Programs driving the rhythm of the business and communications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 1+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 1+ years of experience developing plans for organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives
  • 1+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality delivery
  • 1+ years of experience developing and deploying localized training content
  • 1+ years of demonstrated experience project management experience and ability to work on several projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience working with executive leadership, preparing reports with a high-level of visibility
  • Experience designing organizational management systems and operating rhythm

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years’ related work experience , 7 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials.
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Develops and deploys localized training content.
