YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • SuccessFactors Talent Management (Performance) tools including: Goals, Development Plans, Performance Forms, Calibration, Succession
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central module
  • Understanding of SuccessFactors Role Based Permissions
  • Ability to write SuccessFactors reports
  • Understanding of export and import functions

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with People and Places (HR) from within the internal Information Technology function including systems configuration, reporting, and data processing.
  • Manage information systems within the HR function.
  • Develop, implement and maintain information systems (IT HR) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.
  • Maintain internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff.
  • Work with Human Resources personnel to evaluate software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing systems to meet changing demands.
  • Plan and direct the establishment and ongoing administration of Human Resources Information Systems to support short- and long-range Human Resources goals.
  • Oversee the specification, development and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports, policies, and procedures for internal use.
  • Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors and ensure the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
  • Often consults with HR management in developing company-wide use of talent management functions including objectives, reviews, development, calibration and succession.
  • Establish data tables, structures, files, interface requirements, configuration and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration.
  • Project management responsibilities include timeline, resource, communications, facilitating meetings, and completion of major programs. Manage all phases of a program from inception to completion.
  • Participate in program management teams that may include purchasing, information security, legal, and administrative functional areas. This is an individual contributor role and does not have people management responsibilities.
