Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director Marketing Analytics & Insights, this role will help drive strategy by presenting data-driven insights to leadership and non-technical audiences. We will be leaning heavily on your data expertise to design, build and own Tableau dashboards to help us maintain a firm pulse on the state of the business. Your visualizations and insights will be leveraged as the source of truth, enabling our Marketing leaders to manage the rhythm of the business, and define and refine the strategy forward.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Design, build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to effectively review and analyze marketing performance and impact
  • Accurately collect, process, analyze and visualize Marketing data in preparation for board meetings, quarterly business review, functional deep dive and ad hoc requests
  • Proactively monitor and report Marketing key performance indicators (KPIs). Highlight trends, compile analysis and deliver recommendations to guide strategy and decision marketing across the Marketing org
  • Work with the Marketing Operations and Data & Insights teams to ensure the accuracy of our existing data as well as develop new reporting functionality via new fields and business logic
  • Establish a regular meeting cadence with functional marketing teams. Deliver data analysis to uncover insights that will drive data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategy & Planning team to visualize trends and guide the marketing strategy and data-driven decision making

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience analyzing data and creating reports and charts in a variety of reporting tools to visualize trends and insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Salesforce.com power user - know how to build reports and dashboards
  • Strong organization, planning skills and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated track record of being proactive and creative in problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Prior experience in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Analytics preferred
  • BS/BA or equivalent required
