Responsibilities:
- Work on all aspects of the data science feature delivery cycle, from ideating, advocating future data needs, to assisting in model productionisation.
- Develop statistical observations and predictive or prescriptive machine learning models according to our business needs, data patterns and performance requirements.
- Bring in a fresh perspective to the problem space and test out ideas quickly.
- Own the PoC execution plan for multiple projects in parallel and carry out rapid experiments autonomously with the team.
- Manage stakeholders for their focus area efficiently - gather changing product requirements, define problem spaces, bring clarity to roadmaps and milestones, and communicate progress and results to a non-technical audience.
- Help drive the vision of Crunchbase predictive engine and turn our vision into product features.
- Contribute to define and enhance our machine learning experimentation capabilities.
- Help establish processes and best practices to help grow our data science guild.
