Description:
You will be leading the design of enterprise mobile technologies to improve the workforce productivity. You must have a good understanding of IT system, and in-depth knowledge of the latest mobile technologies and platforms. Our ideal candidate is a team player, keen to take on new challenges and passionate in engineering the next generation of mobile communications services for our organisation.
REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering, with 5-6 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS
- Experience with Enterprise Mobile Management platforms such as Workspace ONE UEM, Samsung EMM, Microsoft Intune
- Software experience, with skills in scripting & programming languages like Python, PowerShell/Linux shell scripts, etc
- Knowledge in IT Infrastructure (i.e. IT Networks, Client and Communications)
- Experience with build automation tools like Git CI/CD, Kubernetes & Docker
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and manage the enterprise mobile solutions to enable secure and reliable mobile communications services across the organisation.
- Review and deep dive into infrastructure and mobile automation to optimize the mobile platforms and services for performance, scalability and resiliency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security and compliance of the mobile platforms and devices are in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices in mobile device management and technical support
