Description:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club according to established standards.
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure a clean and presentable environment for our members and visitors.
- Ensure that all allocated areas are cleaned according to established standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, documenting any deficiencies or needs for repairs, and promptly notifying management.
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and maintain supply rooms, ensuring that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and readily available when needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and waste materials.
- Assist members and visitors with any inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club.
- Perform any other related duties as required by the management team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in multiple areas.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to write and read in English in order to report work-related issues.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
