As a Staff Nurse you will be expected to provide and promote the delivery of a high quality standard of patient centred care in a supported environment whilst working within nationally agreed clinical standards and performance indicators. We are therefore looking to recruit motivated, hardworking, experienced nurses who have excellent communication skills & a passion for their role and improving patient care When working clinically we expect you to perform with passion and drive, provide clinically excellent care, and be supportive to patients, relatives, and other MDT members. As a registered nurse you will be expected to promote and lead the delivery of an excellent standard of patient centred care in a supported environment. You will work across all areas of the department, once appropriate training has been given, including resuscitation, minors, majors and triage
