Staff Nurse - East Dermatology Outpatients

Perform comprehensive assessment of patient nursing needs, plan, implement and evaluate care in the outpatients setting, utilizing research as appropriate and supporting junior colleagues with this. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team/agencies to ensure that patient needs are met To be designated to manage the clinic for the duration of shift by clinic manager Prepare the clinical area for safe practice by ensuring that cleanliness is maintained, materials and equipment are ready for use, including clearing away afterwards To support in the management of a specific group of patients and delver evidenced based nursing care to the highest standard Collect, collate and report information, maintaining accurate patient records/documentation To respond to and prioritise a wide range of demands and tasks in a rapidly changing environment, liaising with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
