There isn’t much we haven’t encountered but as with everything we do, we do it as a team, dealing with things head on and supporting each other through every challenge we face.

We asked nursing staff why they loved working in ED and their biggest reason was they all felt part of the ED family. We spend a lot of our time in work, so it’s great to know that this is how our staff feel and it’s definitely our biggest strength.

To do this we expect that you will be able to use initiative and autonomy, whilst working alongside other members of the multi-disciplinary team, utilising excellent communication skills to ensure best patient outcome.
