An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the well established team on Willows as a Staff Nurse. We are looking for registered Mental Health Nurses who are driven to provide high quality care to male patients in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit
We are looking for nurses who are approachable, compassionate and motivated with good communication skills and who excel at being part of a team.
The role will include working alongside an experienced nursing, medical, psychology and allied health professional team to provide enhanced level of patient centred care aimed to support our patients within their recovery.
You will become part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team with focus on assessment of need, treatment and recovery, while placing the service user and their families at the centre of care planning.

This post is eligible for a Golden Hello payment of £2,750 for new starters who are external to the Trust. This is payable in 3 instalments over a 2 year period. This payment is only eligible to new starters who do not already hold a contract of employment with the Trust. This post also includes paid enhancements for unsocial hours working during night, weekends and bank holidays

We want nurses who put the 6Cs into practice on a daily basis and have a supportive and considerate nature, to work within a cohesive inter-professional ward team.

You will need to be available to work a flexible 24 hour working pattern on a rotating basis to include nights and weekends.
