THE BIG PICTURE

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of manufacturing processes and technologies. They will be part of a cross-functional project core team that ensures that the process development and process validation is completed according to the Baylis Quality Management System and ensures that the project/product transfers successfully to production.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum 3-7 years related working experience.
• Experience in process design/development and product design for manufacturability, preferably in the medical device industry, especially catheters.
• Experience in process validation, process FMEA and project management.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

ASSET SKILLS:

• Lean or Six Sigma training.
