Publica is the publisher-focused arm of Integral Ad Science. We are the leading advertising platform for connected television; and as audiences shift from linear TV to Digital, Publica’s goal is to power the next generation of ad experiences on the big screen.The core of our platform is our CTV ad server and real-time bidding solution that enables publishers to run a unified auction between their direct sales and over 50 video Sell Side Platforms (SSPs). In addition, we provide a place for our publisher partners to measure and verify their inventory through the power of IAS.
We have been growing at a rapid pace and are looking for a Product Manager join our team to drive the publisher measurement roadmap, and provide innovation for our current clients and future prospects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the track record of inspiring and energizing teams to create future visions of the product, articulating customer problems and market opportunities, analyzing industry trends, making priority decisions and clarifying trade-offs, and working with your colleagues across roles to break that down into an adaptable plan that delivers value to our customers. Additionally, as an early member of our Dublin location, you will also have the opportunity to help build the team from the ground up and shape the office culture. This role reports into the Sr. Director of Product.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU HAVE MOST OF THIS EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management with a focus in ad tech
  • History of success working with engineers
  • Track record of taking client requirements and converting them into epics and stories for Engineering
  • Experience with QA testing
  • Understanding of code changes in Github (no coding required)
  • CTV knowledge is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with creating mockups and prototypes
  • Highly organized and and ability to juggle competing tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication and proven ability to develop relationships, credibility, and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members
  • Self-directed and require minimal direction to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for publisher measurement platform
  • Define use cases, set requirements and acceptance criteria for features, utilizing an iterative approach to allow for measurement of success and adoption, and prioritization of enhancements
  • Own your roadmap and set prioritization for feature delivery from technical teams by synthesizing market research, customer and prospect data, customer needs, and internal/external stakeholder expectations
  • Participate in technical discussions with Engineering and R&D to understand how technical design decisions impact scope, timeline, testing needs, and trade-offs
  • Collaborate with development teams and peers on planning, design, and development from initiatial decision through release and future iterations
  • Partner with pre and post sales client base to determine the future needs of publisher measurement products
  • Interact with customers and market thought leaders to develop a deep understanding and define product requirements and best practices for the business problem
