You will oversee all group planning, organization, and work completion for the mission-critical EDDNext project effort. You will have ownership of all group tasks, assignments, and projects, and ensure progress is communicated promptly and accurately to upper leadership and executive teams. You will have oversight of project documentation, communication, and the resolution of issues related to various EDDNext business and technical workstreams. You will collaborate with internal and external leadership teams, business partners, and stakeholders to resolve issues, coordinate with vendors to develop and implement system and process enhancements, and conduct research and make recommendations to support EDD’s business and project management functions. You will participate in and oversee various project workgroups developing and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions to address regulatory, policy, and process improvements across the Department.
EDDNext is a major transformation from “how we’ve always done things.” So, you’ll need to be flexible and comfortable in an evolving, startup environment with a lot of change.
We value commitment to outstanding service, teamwork, integrity, communication, and a healthy work/life balance. To view the full duties and responsibilities, please see the “position statement” linked to this advertisement.
