Today we are an Engineering team of 80+, with offices in Copenhagen HQ, London, and Edinburgh. You can choose to work from the office, flex, or remotely (Denmark or UK). No matter the case we’ll help you set up your workstation and make sure you have the opportunity to connect with your team.

YOUR EXPERIENCE HAS GIVEN YOU:

• Several years of Fullstack Software Engineering experience
• In-depth expertise with cloud services, such as AWS
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Experience delivering scalable systems that solve complex technical challenges
• Extensive stakeholder management experience with a focus on working with the wider business and the ability to create alignment across diverse teams
• Experience helping other engineers grow and develop their technical skills
• A desire to contribute to the future of Trustpilot, and the ability to make crucial technical decisions, in a pragmatic way
• A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset with a bias to action
• You enjoy cloud and SaaS platforms and enjoy leveraging the services it provides
• The ability to easily communicate complex problems to a diverse group of stakeholders
• Experience with CRMs and financial tools is a plus

SOME RELEVANT TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICES WE USE (THIS IS INFORMATIVE, NOT REQUIREMENTS):

• Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, …), Docker, CloudFormation
• Languages: Typescript, Node.js, Python
• Frontend: React, Next.js, CSS Modules, SASS, Styled Components
• Database: DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery
• Systems: Salesforce, Zuora, Contentful

• Own the delivery of major initiatives and balance delivery with sustainable engineering practices
• You bring together the work of many teams and individuals into a cohesive, achievable plan that aligns with the goals and deadlines of the company
• You use your expertise to improve Trustpilot’s capabilities in your domain
• You devise, apply, and share novel and nuanced ways to ensure the quality, production readiness, and continued health of complex systems.
• Manage and mitigate high-risk elements of initiatives, effectively communicate issues, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders
• Collaborate with the engineering leadership to engage, develop, and retain talent
• You actively share your knowledge and seek opportunities to teach others about your domain
