- Perform design and development across a portfolio of payments projects, adhering to design principles that provide robust solutions
- Provide technical strategy and guidance, overseeing complex engineering initiatives.
- Drive the development of strategic programs of work, including proof of concept developments
- Lead and champion strategic practice development within team and platform
- Mentor and up-skill other engineering teams across different squads
- Perform peer code reviews in alignment to PCI requirements while also providing payments subject matter expertise across squads/crews
