We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer as technical lead to join a newly formed team with the mission to realize an environment that enables a swift, continuous, and enjoyable delivery of high-value features. Having experience with methods of software testing for features powered by GenAI is a welcomed bonus.

• software engineering experience in delivering products, understand product teams, help fellow engineers to achieve efficiency
• opinionated on development processes and best practices, optimize and automate them
• (staff) leadership and mentoring experience, has been a role model for engineers
• strategic and tactical mindset, break down work in increments
• understand the value of writing technical documentation, guidelines, and standards
• Value feedback and enjoy humor

You bring in as a bonus:

• Experience with methods of software testing for features powered by GenAI
• Solid communication skills in German
