Responsibilities:
- Definition of standards and best practices for the Go programming language and their dissemination throughout the company.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with security guidelines, coding best practices and other relevant standards.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other developers in the team.
- Training and mentoring junior and mid-level developers to deepen their understanding of Go and improve their skills.
- Actively participate in solving complex technical challenges through programming and technical advice.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives.
