Description:
At Infineon, we seek a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Staff Specialist in Procurement Supplier Lifecycle Management (f/m/div), specifically focusing on Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM). This role will be responsible for the end-to-end approach used to manage external vendors in a transparent, organized, and integrated way. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in cross-checking and assessing the value status of suppliers along all lifecycle stages and establishing consistency within the global Supplier Lifecycle Management process.
In your new role, you will:
- Shaping the future of the global Supplier Lifecycle Management process
- Aligning with multiple stakeholders on requirements to the different stages of the process, e.g. regarding sustainability , laws and regulations , and further
- Ensuring governance e.g., by regular training and user-friendly process design
- Driving the yearly supplier evaluation process
- Preparation of and guiding through interna l and external process audits
- Driving process improvements with a state-of-the-art tool

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in engineering, business administration, or a similar, Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
- 3 to 5 years of responsible work experience in procurement processes or operational sourcing
- Good analytical and project management skills , change management experience is a plus
- Very good communication skills
- A solution-oriented mindset, process thinking as well as experience in reporting results to Management
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
