As part of the Tech for Intuit (t4i) organization, the Staff Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives of our product management function to deliver value to our customers and fuel our growth. This role sits at the intersection of technology and product management, requiring a deep understanding of both domains to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, architecture, or related areas. Proficiency in modern software development methodologies and tools.
  • Robust analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership ability, with experience leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
